  3. Much as I can appreciate his softer, sensitive, folky and country sides, "and Crazy Horse" is, for me, an automatic. My personal top tier Neil are On the Beach, Ragged Glory, Tonight's the Night, Rust and Time Fades Away. Re-ac-tor is right there in the second tier. This may be Neil's most irreverent album, though even the goofs have teeth/5(74).
